EMSEY HOSPITAL SUSTAINABILITY POLICY
Our corporate values, basic working principles and ethical understanding and our performance in the main areas of economic, environmental, social and governance are driven by global sustainable development goals.
Our main goal is to sustain our sustainability priorities, which we manage in line with our policy, and our contribution to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals with all our stakeholders.
Our Sustainability Policy consists of three main focus areas;
‘’A HEALTHIER WORLD’’
- To ensure effective and efficient use of resources,
- Investing in new technologies to increase renewable energy capacity and efficiency,
- To develop and support projects that will ensure the efficient use of water resources and raise awareness on this issue.
- Developing solutions for energy efficiency and creating the necessary infrastructure,
- To support the use of renewable energy sources in our energy consumption,
- To comply with Zero Waste targets,
‘’FIRSTHUMAN’
- To implement high-impact social projects that contribute to social development and permanent solutions to social problems,
- To ensure that public health is observed by evaluating the environmental and social effects of our activities,
- To increase employee loyalty and well-being, to create a working environment where they can develop themselves and work in confidence,
- Preventing all kinds of discrimination in our working environments and accordingly employment, career management, remuneration, performance evaluation, etc. to ensure equal rights in matters,
- Believing in the power of women, supporting the development of women's employment and their qualified active participation at all levels of our work environment,
