Environment Policy
While Emsey Hospital works with a quality service approach in line with its mission and vision; It fulfills its duties by being respectful to the environment, sensitive and aware of its responsibilities.
While complying with all local and national laws and regulations regarding the environment, it fulfills all environmental requirements within the international quality accreditation standard.
A waste management plan is created in order to identify the wastes generated as a result of the priority activities and to remove the wastes in a way that does not threaten the health of patients and employees.
In line with this plan, the wastes are tried to be minimized and the recoverable ones are separated.
The non-recoverable wastes are delivered to the relevant institutions for disposal in accordance with the laws and regulations.
We have obtained our Zero Waste Certificates from the Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization and Climate by establishing our infrastructure within the scope of the Zero Waste Project in our hospital. With the effective implementation of the Zero Waste Project, it is ensured that resources are used in the most efficient way, waste generation is prevented or reduced, and if waste occurs, it is collected and recovered by separating it at the source.
In this direction; In the hospital, which is planned as nature-friendly, clean and waste water is separated thanks to the water treatment system and used for garden irrigation.
In order to create environmental responsibility in our organization, all our employees are made aware and trained according to their individual responsibilities.
